NEWBIE ALERT!

This blog site is definitely under construction and will be until this newbie gets a handle on blog posts.  "Why create a blog site if you don't really know how?"  You might ask.  Well, as a teacher, I try to model the concept of "lifelong learning", and I am currently taking a class myself!  I will be learning how to implement Web 2.0 tools in my classroom, and this blog is my first assignment.  I will be looking at other blogs in order to figure out what one PUTS on a blog, how one shares "other information" on his or her blog, and the like!  In the meantime, 7th graders, prepare yourselves-- Mrs. Lockwood is SURE to figure out something extremely "cool" to do with blogs for the remainder of the school year.
